Fantasy sports betting is in jeopardy in New York.
A judge in Albany has ruled that the online games violate the state constitution. The plaintiffs are anti-gambling advocates and believe the ruling means the businesses need to stop their operations in the state.
But lawyers for daily fantasy companies argue that Governor Cuomo and other officials need to enforce the judge's ruling before they'll consider closing shop.
Cuomo's office says the governor is still evaluating the ruling.
