Today begins a week of preview events building up to the release Thursday of Monroe County Executive Cheryl Dinolfo's 2019 budget proposal.
Dinolfo says the budget is a governing roadmap to help grow jobs and support strong families. Her so-called "Budget Week" begins today with a 2 p.m. presentation highlighting her proposed investments in economic and workforce development.
