Geneseo, NY -- The sentence is three to nine years in prison for a Livingston County woman who was convicted in July in the death of her boyfriend nearly two years ago.
Danielle Allen was found guilty of second-degree manslaughter in the stabbing death of Marcus Postell at her apartment in York.
Allen is the daughter of state police Major Rick Allen.
She claimed at her trial the stabbing was in self-defense.
