The Ontario County Humane Society is asking for the public’s help identifying a woman they say abandoned a dog in Canandaigua last Friday morning.
The Humane Society says a white female, between 30 and 40 years old, driving a gray sedan, pulled into the Ontario County Public Works Building and tied a Pug dog to a bush next to the building and then left.
