AAA says the average price for a gallon of regular gas in the Rochester area dropped another penny in the past week.
Despite Hurricane Florence, gas prices have not seen much movement. Prices locally averaged $2.92 per gallon. The statewide average was steady for the week at exactly $3 a gallon.
Prices nationally are about 20 cents higher than this time last year.
