Incumbent Republican Assemblyman Joe Errigo has lost his campaign for another term representing the 133rd District.
Former judge and prosecutor Marjorie Byrnes declared victory in the primary last night.
Byrnes received more than 60 percent of the vote. The district extends from southern Monroe County to Steuben County. Byrnes will face Democrat Barbara Baer in the November election.
