Western New York Congressman Chris Collins is back on Capitol Hill.
The 27th District Republican cast four votes yesterday and didn't answer questions about his indictment on federal charges.
Collins suspended his re-election bid last month after his arrest, saying he wanted to focus on clearing his name. The GOP still hasn't decided who will replace him on the November ballot.
