New York State Police have arrested a young Waterloo man on charges of second degree rape, disseminating indecent material to a minor, sexual misconduct and endangering the welfare of a child.
They say 18-year-old Dustin Clark allegedly had sex with a 12-year-old girl and a 15-year-old girl on separate occasions, and showed sexually explicit videos and photos to both girls.
Clark was granted pre-trial release after arraignment and orders of protection were issued for him to stay away from both girls.
