A Rochester woman is facing felony DWI charges after allegedly driving through Livingston County Monday night with a blood alcohol content at four times the legal limit.
The Sheriff's office says a 911 call was made around 10 p.m. reporting someone driving erratically on 390 Southbound near Exit 7. Deputies were able to locate the vehicle in a parking lot off Route 63 near the exit, and the driver Robin Keels was put through a field sobriety test.
After failing the test, Keels was taken to the Livingston County Jail for a breath test which produced a .32 BAC.
Further investigation revealed Keels license was revoked due to a 2015 DWI conviction. Along with felony charges of DWI and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, Keels is also facing charges related to not having an interlock ignition device installed on the vehicle she was driving.
