The motorcyclist killed in a crash at East Avenue and Culver Road over the weekend has been identified as 47-year-old Matt Sheldon of East Rochester.
Sheldon was riding on East Avenue approaching Culver Road when an SUV approached from the other direction and turned left into the path of his motorcycle. Sheldon died the following day at Strong Memorial Hospital.
The driver of the SUV and a passenger in that vehicle weren't hurt. The investigation continues.
