Rochester Police are asking for the public’s help locating a missing woman. Police are looking for 70-year-old Elizabeth Watkins, who was reported missing on August 4, 2018. She is described as being 5’4, 200 pounds with grey hair and glasses. Anyone with information is asked to call police.
