An ATV crash in the Town of Groveland this week, has led to the arrest of a woman from Tonawanda.
The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office says 51-year-old Sheryl Palermo was driving an ATV on Vanbuskirk Road when she failed to navigate an intersection, and went into a ditch.
Two children, ages eight and ten, were riding with her. No one was hurt but authorities believe Palermo was driving the ATV drunk.
She is facing several charges including DWI, Aggravated DWI under Leandra’s Law, reckless endangerment and endangering the welfare of a child.
