New York State Police said a Medina woman crashed her car with a hypodermic needle in her arm. Troopers said they were called to State Route 33 around 8:55 p.m. on Monday night. Police said Samantha Wroblewski, 29, was driving when she fell asleep with a hypodermic needle in her arm, then crashed the car. Troopers said Wroblewski admitted having heroin and hypodermic needles. Investigators said she failed multiple sobriety tests and was arrested. Wroblewski was charged with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, DWI, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and moving from a lane unsafely. Wroblewski was issued traffic tickets and is scheduled to appear in the town of Stafford Court next month.
