A court appearance this morning has been postponed for Abigail Hernandez, the illegal immigrant who was arrested in February for posting Facebook threats against East High School.
She pleaded guilty last month to a misdemeanor charge of falsely reporting an incident.
She is to be sentenced to time served and probation. That sentencing hearing is now set for Monday morning. Hernandez still could face deportation.
