Road crews will close a bridge today on Route 31F in Perinton.
The state is replacing the 90-year-old bridge over Thomas Creek. The new bridge will be wider and have a pedestrian walkway. The new bridge should be open this fall.
Until then, traffic will be detoured using Routes 250 and 31, and Canandaigua Road.
