A Livonia man is facing several charges following a crash back in May, in the Town of Groveland.
The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office arrested 24-year-old Alex Dimmick yesterday and charged him with driving while ability impaired by drugs, driving while impaired by alcohol, reckless endangerment and speed not reasonable or prudent among other charges.
Authorities believe Dimmick was under the influence when he went off Flats Road, flipped the vehicle, and landed the car on its roof in a creek bed.
Dimmick and his 18-year-old passenger were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries.
