The Village Board in Fairport has denied the expansion plan at the Fairport Brewing Company on South Main Street.
The vote was unanimous. Fairport Brewing wanted to add more space, a covered area for live entertainment and a balcony.
The Historic Preservation Committee ruled against the plan in April, and the Village Board upheld that decision last night.
