There has been a second arrest in the recent rash of burglaries and thefts on the west side of Monroe County.
Sheriff’s deputies arrested 17-year-old Juan Carlos Ortega-Baez, of Rochester, last Friday. He's charged, with Possession of Stolen Property.
Deputies say he was caught with a $16,000 Utility Task Vehicle -- commonly known as a Side by Side -- that was reported stolen in Parma on June 11.
Thieves have been stealing trucks, cars, motorcycles, and ATVs in Chili, Parma, Hilton and Greece.
Nicholas Albarran was previously arrested on a similar charge after deputies say he was caught with a disabled stolen car on 390 in Gates. Authorities say more arrests may be pending.
