Two Irondequoit parents are facing charges after police say the couple's two-year-old daughter, was found walking around outside with no supervision.
Clarissa and Ryan Webster have been charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
Irondequoit police say the child was found in the area of Seville Drive last Friday around 6:30 in the morning. Police say several hours passed before the parents called to report their child missing.
