Rochester police have made an arrest in a homicide. Demetrie Holloway, 36, has been charged in the death of Devin Allen-Furtick. Allen-Furtick was shot on Roycroft Drive on June 7. He died at the scene. Holloway is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday in Rochester City Court on a second degree murder charge.
