First responders have been conducting an emergency drill this morning at the Rochester Amtrak Station.
The idea is to promote better cooperation between law enforcement agencies and improve the state's capabilities to respond to actual emergencies on rail lines. It's one of several similar drills planned through the Fall.
It was coordinated by the state Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services. State troopers, Rochester police and Amtrak police are taking part.
