Monroe County Clerk Adam Bello says 88 people who had their personal information on forms that weren't shredded will get credit monitoring and fraud protection services.
The documents were found in trash bins outside the Auto License Bureaus in Henrietta and Irondequoit.
Bello says there is no evidence the personal information was used improperly. And he says all paper documents are now shredded and there is now standardized training for handling the documents.
