Rochester police say officers detained, then released, three people at the now-closed Hotel Cadillac on Chestnut Street.
Officers went there last night at the request of the property management company. Police were asked to clear the vestibule of cots, bedding and trash that was blocking the outer doors.
The hotel has been the site of ongoing protests by advocates for the homeless since its closure last week.
