Three people in Wayne County are accused of running a drug operation in the presence of children. Investigators say Adam Thomas, 40, was packaging drugs in his Savannah home. His girlfriend, Lissane Livingston, 25, was also arrested. Investigators said they found a large amount of crack cocaine packaged in multiple bags, marijuana, scales, and smoking utensils. There were also allegedly multiple bags of cocaine on the floor. Deputies say this was accessible to four children between the ages of three months old and eight years old. Thomas and Livingston are charged with 3rd degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with the intent to sell a narcotic drug, 3rd degree criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree for possessing more than a half ounce of a narcotic drug, and four counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Crystal L. Kirkey, 32, of Savannah, was also arrested on multiple charges, including endangering the welfare of a child.
