It's been a mostly quiet Lilac Festival so far for Rochester police.
They made just one arrest over the weekend -- Stephanie Desmore of Irondequoit.
Police say she was disorderly and was asked by security to leave the festival, and that led to a scuffle with police.
An officer received a minor knee injury, and Desmore was treated for minor scrapes.
