U.S. News and World Report is out with its annual list of the nation's best high schools.
Four in Monroe County placed in the top 2 percent nationwide -- Pittsford Mendon, Pittsford Sutherland, Brighton and Honeoye Falls-Lima.
The rankings are based in part on standardized test scores, graduation rates and college readiness.
