Three dogs were killed in a fire in Rochester on Sunday. Nobody was home when the fire started at a two-family home on Dewey Avenue around 4:10 p.m. Investigators are trying to determine what caused the fire. The second floor of the house was significantly damaged. The families are being assisted by the Red Cross.
