Rochester Police are investigating a hit-and-run on East Avenue. The accident happened Sunday night. Police said a Lamborghini crashed into a fire hydrant, causing significant damage. Police say the driver of the Lamborghini fled the scene before they arrived. Investigators are looking for the driver.
