UPDATE: Rochester Police say the driver that was arrested has been identified as 31-year-old Jermayne Collazo of Rochester.
Rochester police say a man who drove away from a crash scene overnight was arrested when the other driver tailed him for nearly a mile and confronted him.
Police say the accident happened near Upper Falls Boulevard and St. Paul Street. The man drove away, but the woman driving the other car followed him to an address on Clifford Avenue.
They got into an argument and police were called. The man was arrested for DWI and leaving the scene.
