A Monroe County Grand Jury has indicted Hanane Mouhib, the Sweden woman accused of killing her 7-year-old son.
Mouhib was indicted today on a charge of second degree murder. She is accused of decapitating her son, Abraham Cardenas earlier this month -- 10 days after her release from the hospital.
Mouhib had called 9-1-1 March 5 and March 8 to report mental health symptoms. She was taken to the hospital after both calls, and was admitted after the second.
