A Penfield High School teacher has been arrested for allegedly giving alcohol to a student.
State police say it happened at Eric Brewer's home in Perinton last September, when the student was 17.
The student has since graduated. Brewer is a Technology teacher at Penfield and is charged with Unlawful Dealing with a Child.
Troopers say the investigation is on-going.
