The sentence is six months in jail and five years' probation for a Gates woman who bit a Gates cop and then claimed she was HIV Positive.
Kenshara Robinson was sentenced this morning. She was convicted of assault, grand larceny and petit larceny during a bench trial in February.
The officer said Robinson bit him when she was arrested and was being handcuffed in a holding cell. The officer had to take several medicines that caused him to miss work.
