Rochester police are investigating the city's second homicide of the year.
A man was found shot to death this morning in a back yard on Seward Street, east of Genesee Street. The victim has been identified as 43-year-old Roy Jones Jr. of Rochester. No one has been arrested, but Investigator Jackie Shuman says it was an isolated incident.
Police have not released the victim's name. Police are talking to witnesses in the area.
