There's a proposal to put a residential and commercial development on nearly 100 acres of farmland in Penfield.
The property is on Atlantic Avenue, near Route 250. Developers envision a walkable residential and retail community. Plans call for a total of 468 apartments and single-family homes, some businesses and green space.
The plan will be presented this week to the town planning board.
