The illegal immigrant accused last month of threatening on Facebook to shoot students at East High School has pleaded not guilty to two counts of making a terroristic threat.
Edison Tech student Abigail Hernandez is being moved from the federal detention center in Batavia, and will be held without bail at the Monroe County lockup.
Jury selection for her trial is set for August 20th.
Her father says she has special needs. Although Hernandez was shielded from deportation under the so-called DACA program, the program does not protect those charged with a crime.
