Congresswoman Louise Slaughter has been hospitalized following a fall at her Washington D.C. home last week.
According to a statement from her Chief of Staff, Slaughter was taken to George Washington University Hospital to receive treatment and monitoring for a concussion.
She did not suffer any fractures or broken bones.
