The personal-finance website WalletHub says Rochester has moved up from 33rd last year to 18th on this year's list of the Best Cities for St. Patrick's Day Celebrations.
Two hundred cities were compared across 17 key metrics. Rochester was 12th for Access to Bars, and 16th for Irish Pubs and Restaurants per Capita.
The Number One city was Chicago, and Boston was Number Two.
