UPDATE: Today was the second date set by the city for the Rhinos' management to be out of the stadium. The city now says in a statement that it's actively in negotiations with team owners Dave and Wendy Dworkin and the city is satisfied with how those talks are going.

Today is the date set by the City for the eviction of the Rochester Rhinos owners from Capelli Sport Stadium.
The City says David and Wendy Dworkin violated their lease by putting the Rhinos on hiatus for this year. City Councilwoman Molly Clifford hopes the Dworkins can stay. She says they have been good community partners.
