A parolee recently released from prison is back behind bars in Monroe County. Brighton Police say they arrested Chad Williams MONDAY after they say he entered the garage of a home on Westland Avenue and attempted to steal a bicycle. The resident, who was home at the time, saw Williams enter the garage and yelled at him before calling 911. Police later found Williams walking in the area. He was charged with burglary and Petit Larceny and sent to the county jail without bail. Police say Williams was on Parole and was wearing an ankle monitor at the time of the incident.
