ATLANTA (AP) — College basketball fans get ready; it's time for the Final Four in Atlanta this evening. The first of the two national semifinals has top overall seed Louisville playing Wichita State with the second game featuring Michigan and Syracuse.
Louisville advanced with an 85-63 win over Duke last week while Wichita State eliminated Ohio State. Among the Louisville fans will be Kevin Ware, the young man who suffered the severe broken leg in that win over Duke. Louisville coach Rick Pitino says the loss of Ware coming off the bench will hinder the Cards as they try to advance.
Michigan got this far with a win last weekend over Florida while Syracuse stopped Marquette.
The winners will play for the national championship Monday night in the Georgia Dome.
