Rochester Man Accused of Threatening President And Others

Rochester NY. - A federal grand jury has returned an indictment against a Rochester man charging him with making a direct threat to kill the President Obama.

The defendant is also accused of making online threats to kill Governor Cuomo and Lieutenant Governor Bob Duffy.

Each count is punishable by five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

 30 year old Brandon Correa was arraigned Tuesday afternoon. Correa was released and will be back in court on Friday.
