Rochester N.Y.- A grand jury has indicted the man who last week was paroled from prison, then hours later allegedly raped a teenage girl in downtown Rochester.
Michael Caruthers was indicted on felony rape and criminal sex act charges.
Caruthers was serving a robbery sentence was he was paroled last Friday. The alleged rape happened early Saturday near the Liberty Pole.
Caruthers never checked in Friday at the Salvation Army shelter where he was scheduled to live.
