Rochester, N.Y. - Rochester's Deputy Mayor is expected in court Tuesday morning.

Leonard Redon is scheduled to appear in front of a judge at 10:30 a.m. about a possible plea deal following an arrest earlier this year. Redon was arrested for DWI in March after being pulled over for speeding on 490.

Redon was supposed to be in court for his plea deal back in May but his attorney asked the judge for more time to review the charges against Redon.
