Buffalo N.Y.- Governor Cuomo has named five people to a board that will explore the idea of a new stadium for the Buffalo Bills.

Up to 21 people will be appointed to the board. New York State, Erie County and the Bills are each able to select seven people to look at all aspects for the possible construction of a new stadium.

One of Cuomo's picks is former Rochester Mayor Lt. Governor Bob Duffy.

The committee tasked with taking a look at the idea of a possible new facility for the Bills and where it might go.
