Rochester Developer David Flaum teamed up with Albany-area Off Track Betting on Friday afternoon to present a casino development plan to the Albany City Council.

This is another $300 million-dollar-plus casino-resort plan that would be located in the city itself. If approved, it would be built on land owned by a prominent Albany family.

Flaum is also the man hired by the Seneca Nation of Indians to manage development of their planned casino in Henrietta.
