Rochester N.Y.-Sentencing is set for Wednesday morning for Michael Pilato, the Webster teen convicted of killing his father and two brothers.
A jury last month convicted Pilato of second-degree murder and related charges. He faces between 7 and a half and 15 years behind bars.
His attorneys had argued unsuccessfully that he had an extreme emotional disturbance at the time of the deadly fire at the family home in December 2011.
His mother maintained Pilato did not act intentionally.
