New York Is A Tough Place To Work

Rochester N.Y.-A recent study conducted by, a personal finance site, lists New York as the second worst state to work, second only to Hawaii.

 According to the study, New York state residents may make more money, but the cost of living and the state income tax are both high.

 The study lists Hawaii as the worst state to make a living, with New York, Mississippi, Rhode Island, and Connecticut rounding out the top five.
