Rochester N.Y.- The jury will be back it today continuing deliberations in the murder trial of Clayton Whittemore..

Yesterday, jurors sent a number of messages to the judge asking for some testimony to be read back and for a repeat of his instructions about the Extreme Emotional Disturbance defense that Whittemore's attorney put on this week.

The defense contends Whittemore was in that state when he battered Alexandra Kogut to death with a clothes iron.

The prosecution says he took time to clean up before leaving, indicating he was in control.
