Ontario County N.Y.- Jurors will be back at it today in Ontario County Court deciding the fate of a Stanley woman accused of killing her husband.

Jurors worked for a few hours yesterday afternoon and into the evening.

Investigators say Rose Chase pushed her husband, Adam Chase, down the stairs, killing him. Police say weeks later, she dismembered and tried to burn his body. She told police it was an accident.

Her defense team rested its case Thursday morning without calling any witnesses.

If convicted of murder,Chase could spend 25 years to life in prison. Last month, she rejected a plea deal that would have meant 20 to life behind bars
