Buffalo N.Y.- Governor Cuomo tempering his view on financing a new stadium for the Buffalo Bills.

While in Buffalo Tuesday he told the Buffalo News that he is "not convinced" of the need for a new stadium once the Buffalo Bills are sold.

Earlier the Governor had sounded more optimistic saying in May quote : "We will do what we have to do to keep the Bills in Western New York." He says now that the state would "be very clear about the terms and conditions" before asking taxpayers to help fund a new stadium.

Right now, $90 million of public money is being used toward improvements to Ralph Wilson Stadium, the current home of the Bills.
